Status in Nepal: read this before you sign up
We would rather tell you this now than have you find out at the withdrawal stage.
- HugeWin’s terms exclude Nepal. Section 3.9 of its General Terms lists Nepal under “Restricted Countries”, whose players are not allowed to deposit and play real-money games. The same section tells anyone living in or located in such a country not to open or use an account. We checked this on 31 October 2026; the list can change.
- Gambling law. Casino gambling in Nepal is for foreign visitors at permitted venues. Online gambling is not permitted for residents.
- Crypto law. Nepal Rastra Bank treats cryptocurrency dealings as illegal for residents, and HugeWin takes crypto only.
- No Nepali licence. HugeWin holds an offshore certificate from Anjouan (ALSI-202409022-FI2). No Nepali authority supervises it, so no local body can step in if a dispute goes badly.
